Witnesses of History asks a different question: What did it feel like to be there?
Every episode is narrated by a witness living through real historical events.
A treasury clerk worried about financing Alexander's invasion. A sailor trapped during the Siege of Tyre. A soldier marching into Babylon. A merchant watching empires rise and fall.
The stories are fictionalized in voice, but grounded in historical research. Every narrator could have existed. Every event really happened.

By profession, I work in digital marketing. By passion, I've spent years reading, researching, and exploring the stories of the ancient world.
Witnesses of History brings those two interests together: historical research and storytelling.
My goal is simple: help people experience history, not just learn about it.

Why Witnesses of History Was Created
I've loved history for as long as I can remember.
But while reading about great battles, empires, and famous leaders, I often found myself wondering about the people standing in the background.
The clerk counting silver before a war. The sailor watching a city burn. The soldier marching into a land he had never seen before.
History is usually told from the top down. I created Witnesses of History to tell it from the ground up. Through the eyes of the people who lived it.
